The SQL Track has taught me how to quickly retrieve the data I need and identify which sales reps are the most successful at converting live chats to sales. I'm glad I no longer have to go through this process manually.

Before Enki, our dashboard process was a mess. Now, I can identify and fix issues immediately, saving me hours each week.

I’m now capable of addressing community problems by saying “it's happening elsewhere, x frequently,” and can start down the path of finding root causes.

After going through the SQL Track, I no longer have to spend hours manually gathering and manipulating sales data. I can now measure performance on demand with ease.

I’m so glad I was offered the opportunity to build on my knowledge of SQL. If there’s one thing I’ve realized working in a technology company it’s that SQL is an extremely important skill to have... even if you’re not an engineer!
