The Problem:

Ryan is on The Shade Store operations team, and is responsible for determining how many staff will be needed each day to handle customer demand.

Before Enki, this was a manual process based on recent demand that had the potential to over or under staff the team.

Enki’s Solution:‍

Using the skills he learned from Enki's SQL Track, Ryan built a dashboard that automatically retrieves data about appointment volume and cancellations that have occurred.

Instead of manually gathering data each time a staffing decision needed to be made, the newest information is now available at the push of a button.

The Results:

This automation has saved Ryan 4 hours of time each week that would have otherwise been spent gathering customer demand and cancellation data, and manipulating it to make a decision about staffing. 

This works out to approximately $5,700 in lost time being saved every year.
